Advantages

Static websites have a number of advantages over dynamic websites. Here are some of the key advantages:

Scalability: Static websites can be easily scaled by using a Content Delivery Network (CDN) or a static site generator that generates multiple pages from a single set of templates. This allows the website to handle large amounts of traffic without the need for additional server resources.

Speed: Since static websites consist of pre-built HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files that are delivered to the user's browser without the need for server-side processing, they tend to load much faster than dynamic websites.

Simplicity: Static websites are simpler to build and maintain than dynamic websites. They require less technical knowledge and can be updated using basic HTML and CSS.

Lower cost: Since there is no need for server-side processing, databases, or complex content management systems, static websites can be much cheaper to develop and maintain than dynamic websites.

Security: Static websites have a smaller attack surface than dynamic websites, which can be vulnerable to database and server-side attacks. With no server-side processing or databases, there are fewer ways for attackers to gain unauthorized access to a website.

Services

I don't just do front-end, I do the whole complex of work, I create fully working websites.

Layout conversion Figma to Jekyll or Gatsby website: If you have the layout created in Figma I'll convert it into a Jekyll or Gatsby website. Jekyll and Gatsby are both static site generators that can be used to create fast, secure, and scalable websites.

Website conversion from WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc to Jekyll or Gatsby: If you want to convert your website from WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or another CMS to Jekyll or Gatsby, I'll do it by a few steps involved. First, I'll export the content from your existing website, such as posts, pages, and images. Then, I'll use Jekyll or Gatsby to generate a new website using the exported content. Also I can recreate the site's design and layout in the new platform.

Deployment of the site on Netlify, Github Pages, etc, automation of site updates: After I have created the website, you will need to deploy it on a hosting platform like Netlify, Github Pages, or another platform. I can use a tool like Git to push the site to the hosting platform and configure the settings. I can also set up automation to update the site automatically, such as using a webhook or scheduling updates.

Connecting Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Google maps, payment systems, Google analytics, etc., etc.: To connect external services like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Google Maps, payment systems, and Google Analytics to your website, I will use APIs or plugins to integrate them. This will allow you to send and receive data between the website and the external service, such as tracking user behavior, processing payments, or sending email campaigns.
